The ship does remind me a bit of the Kumari class from Enterprise, which grabs my attention. I've been thinking over the past few weeks about possible late 24th century Andorian design, considering the events of the fourth Typhon Pact novel, and this doesn't disappoint so far.
Kind of looks like a Vulcan ring-ship, from this view.
